Anniversary Party / Riu Tequila

My brother Matt and his family had vacationed along this coast for years, and my parents first came here a few years before the anniversary trip, each time staying at this resort. It’s two miles or so south of Playa del Carmen, which is about forty miles south of Cancun, on the Yucatan coast. It was nice to have a big family get-together not tied to the hubbub surrounding some holiday, and nice to have no real agenda for a week.
